Hi, I’m Katarina, an Embedded Software Developer currently working in the Aerospace industry.

My work has revolved around building efficient, reliable, and secure software solutions for spacecraft. I'm passionate about secure coding practices and integrating cybersecurity principles throughout the software development lifecycle. I have experience in software development for human-rated spacecraft, ensuring compliance with strict safety and reliability standards, as well as optimizing and prototyping digital signal processing (DSP) and classical computer vision algorithms implemented for flight vehicles.

I thrive in fast-paced multidisciplinary environments, collaborating with scientists and engineers to integrate software with complex systems. I am also well-versed in developing fault-tolerant software solutions to meet the rigorous demands of space missions.

I genuinely enjoy learning and in my free time I like to snowboard, dance, listen to new music, and hike with my dog!
